A 15th person has died as a result of a UPS plane crash in Kentucky in November.
Louisville Mayor Craig Greenberg announced the updated death toll Thursday.
“It is with great sadness that I just learned that Ellen Rodriguez Colina has passed away,” Greenberg wrote on “Allen is 15th victim of UPS Flight 2976 crash.”
Kentucky Governor Andy Beshear also addressed Colina’s death. An X post on Thursday evening.
“Let’s pray for these families today and in the days, months and years to come so they know they are not alone and that they are loved.”
Colina died on Christmas Day, just 7 weeks after being seriously injured in a plane crash.

On November 4, UPS Flight 2976 crashed while flying from Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport to Honolulu.
According to Kentucky officials, the plane’s left engine caught fire during takeoff and immediately separated from the wing.
The plane then crashed into several buildings near the airport, destroying the surrounding area.
